Skirt Plugin Assistance Requested

So I am currently working on this little...thing. And I was hoping I could use the skirt plugin for it. But I just don't know what values to put in there... I was hoping maybe some you guys out there with skirt plugin experience could share some of the values you put in there... or at least explain to me what each value does.
